TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Product selection and pricing is subject to change without notice. Typographical pricing errors are possible and customer will be charged actual product price, not written price if this occurs. All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute similar or better merchandise without notification. (This is a rare case that usually applies when an order is placed for last years model. We substitute the new version of the old model.)

 Only warranties that are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer. The Seller makes no warranty of any kind; whatsoever, express or implied; and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed by the seller. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use or inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.

 All products are shipped at customers risk, and Hekomanspace’s responsibility for damage to products ceases when the products are delivered to the carrier, to the customer or to the agent, whichever occurs earlier.

 

Shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable.

 

A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returned products.

 All defective products sent for warranty service must be in the original packaging and include all instruction manuals otherwise the warranty is invalid and the item will be returned as is. Any credits issued for returns for the purpose of return or warranty without those items will be deducted accordingly.

 

All products returned for warranty service must include a money order for $20.00 per item. This fee will cover shipping, handling and insurance for the safe return of the product to you.

 

All returns must be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), certified mail with insurance to: Hekomanspace! Audio 1020 SE Uehlamar Drive Ankeny, IA 50021

 F.O.B. – Ankeny, Iowa or point of shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS WILL BE REPLACED IF REPORTED DEFECTIVE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.

For international shipments, purchaser agrees to pay all taxes and duties if applicable.

All sales are made according to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth on this page. Customer by accepting products shall be deemed to have assented to the terms and conditions set forth on this or other documents sent hereafter by Hekomanspace! All prior and subsequent oral agreements are superseded and made void by the terms and conditions herein. If any provision or portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, unconscionable or unenforceable, the other provisions and portions hereof shall not be affected.

Catalog prices are cash prices (money orders, cashiers checks or bank transfers).

By paying with a debit or credit card, you authorize Hekomanspace! Wholesale Direct to charge the grand total enclosed to the indicated card. If the total exceeds $300.00, you authorize Hekomanspace! to break the grand total due into multiple payments until the total due is charged.
